The Haste Tote Bag is made of water-repellent, cotton and nylon ripstop fabric. It has an expandable, zipped main compartment which can be rolled down and secured into place using web straps and a plastic buckle. The item also has two web top handles and an adjustable shoulder strap. The bag features a front flap pocket, two side pockets with an adjustable cord and stopper, and a slip pocket at the back. Inside, the bag is fully lined and features a padded laptop pouch and smaller internal mesh pocket. A military flag label completes the design.
