    There could be several reasons why a payment is not accepted. In such cases it is best if you contact your bank. The issue can often be resolved quickly.   1. How much does shipping cost?

    Carhartt WIP Australia offers flat rate shipping of $12 within Australia and $25 to any address within New Zealand regardless of order size. Orders are shipped via Australia Post's eParcel delivery service.

  2. How will my order be shipped?

    Order processing generally takes 1-3 business days with shipping times being determined by Australia Post/DHL respectively. Please note multiple items from an order may cause delayed dispatch if these items exist in different stock locations. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched that you can use to track the status of your shipment.

  3. What happens to my package if I am not home when the carrier delivers it?

    If you are not home on the day your shipment is delivered, no problems! Australia Post will either leave an attempted delivery card if you don’t have a MyPost account, or you will receive digital notifications either via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. You can then pick it up from the Post Office at a more convenient time for you.

  4. What can I do if you do not deliver to my country?

    Please accept our apologies if we do not yet deliver to your country. We are working on making this possible in the foreseeable future. Until then, you can use our store finder to locate our retail stores closest to you and retailers that sell our products in your country.

  4. How long will my filled shopping cart stay available?

    The shopping cart remains available for one hour and then is cleared. The shopping cart is also cleared if you leave the webpage and thus end your session.

  5. Am I required to make a purchase if I put items in my cart?

    No, you are absolutely not obligated to purchase the items you have placed in your cart. The digital shopping cart resembles a shopping cart in real life: You can put items into your cart and take them back out. You do not have to decide what you actually want to purchase until you check out.

  6. What is the purchasing process in the Carhartt Online Store?

    The online shop gives you an overview of all products that are available for purchase. Clicking on a product pulls up product information. From there, size and colour can be selected – all available sizes and colours will be shown in black, any items that are sold out or temporarily unavailable will appear greyed out/crossed out. Click the option “Add to Shopping Cart” to place the item(s)into your cart. Selected products will remain there for one hour until you finalise your purchase. From the shopping cart overview, items can be removed by clicking the “remove” button to the right of the product. Once you decide on which items will be purchased, click “Proceed to Checkout”. This will take you to the checkout page where you can input your shipping and payment information, once all required information has been provided press “Place Order”. You will receive an order confirmation to the email provided at checkout, this lets you know we have received your order. The item(s) will then be compiled, packed, and dispatched. At this time you will receive tracking information to that same email provided. Shipping typically takes 5-7 days pending no delays from Australia Post. Multiple items in an order from different stock locations may cause delays in dispatch.
