  1. How much does shipping cost?

    Carhartt WIP Australia offers flat rate shipping of $12 within Australia and $25 to any address within New Zealand regardless of order size. Orders are shipped via Australia Post's eParcel delivery service.

  2. How will my order be shipped?

    Generally, the shipping process takes 2-4 days. Along with the shipping confirmation, we can provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of the shipment on the carrier's website.

  3. What happens to my package if I am not home when the carrier delivers it?

    What if you are not home the day your shipment is delivered? No problem! Australia Post will leave an attempted delivery card. You can then easily pick it up there at a time most convenient for you.

    The shopping cart remains available for one hour and then is cleared. The shopping cart is also cleared if you leave the webpage and thus end your session.

    No, you are absolutely not obligated to purchase the items you have placed in your cart. The digital shopping cart resembles a shopping cart in real life: You can put items into your cart and take them back out. You do not have to decide what you actually want to purchase until you check out.

  6. What is the purchasing process in the Carhartt Online Store?

    The online shop area gives you an overview of all products that are available for you to purchase. Clicking on a product in the product overview pulls up a product detail page. From there, you can pick your size and color. All available sizes and colors are shown in black, and any items that are sold out or temporarily not available are grayed out or crossed out. Use the option "Add to Shopping Cart" to place the item in your shopping cart. The products you select are collected there until you finalize your purchase. From the shopping cart overview, you have the option to remove a product from your shopping cart by clicking on the red "x" to the right of the product. Once you have decided which products you want to purchase, click on "Checkout". This then immediately pulls up an input screen so you can input your data. When you have entered all required information, the purchasing process is complete for the time being. You will receive an order confirmation. This tells you that your order has been received by our employees, who will package the items, get the package ready for shipment and forward it to the carrier. At this time you can request a shipping confirmation e-mail so that you know your package is on its way. Your order should be delivered to you within 2-4 business days.
